Body weight exercise is a unique form of fitness workout. This is customizable and could be done anywhere and at any time. What is even better that it requires no equipment or gym membership and takes less than 30 minutes.

It is seen that with age many people tend to lose muscle mass. One great of combating the decline is to work at building more muscle mass. We often assume that the only way to so is by lifting weights. This stresses your body with heavy loads and thus makes it stronger.But you must note that weights are not the only way to accomplish that goal. We can do just the same with anything that provides the weight. This may either be a dumbbell, weights on a machine or our very own bodies. Body weight exercising might be a great thing, but make sure that you do the same under a qualified fitness trainer.
